The staff at Kactus were friendly and accommodating. When my previous accommodation fell through, they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel cared for. The room wasnice and neat, with ample towels and water provided. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the Hong Kong heat. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were kind and friendly, room was clean and cozy, towels and water were plentiful, A/C was amazing. Nearby markets and shops made it easy to find dinner. The location was quiet and authentic, with easy access to transportation. Beds were comfortable and necessities like a hair dryer were available. The shower was excellent, and the view from the room was amazing. Taxi to the airport was arranged without any issues.

You can reach various parts of the city quickly and efficiently, thanks to the close proximity to two different metro lines. there are plenty of shops, eateries, and local food places just a short walk away from the hotel, providing you with a wide range of dining options.
The outside of the hotel may not be as visually appealing as the interior.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The room was cozy and equipped with everything we needed. The AC worked efficiently without making the room too dry. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to two different metro lines and a bus stop. We were able to easily explore this city thanks to the hotel's proximity to public transportation. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.
